- Cardiopulmonary, Neurology, Orthopedics, Medical Surgical
- ICU, ER, Oncology, Rehab Hospital experience (preferred)
Minimum Experience: 1 year experience (18 months preferred) Certifications: BLS (Required) State Physical Therapist license
