We are searching for a talented Team Lead-Patient Access Services
Hours: 40hrs
Shift: Flexible shifts & hours, 24/7 department; rotation every 3-4 weeks on call multiple sites, Home base SLH
Location: Charlton Memorial Hospital - Fall River, MA

**Available to regular status employees who are scheduled to work a minimum of 24 hours.

- An Associates Degree in related field or equivalent experience is required, Bachelors degree preferred.
- Medical Terminology, Lean Training, CHAA or CHAR Certified preferred.
- 3-5 years experience in related leadership role.
- Minimum one (1) year of prior Team Lead or coaching experience required (including hiring staff, delivering corrective action, and leading employees).
- Proficiency with technology, including computers, software Demonstrated excellent communication and organization skills, leadership experience preferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, an Electronic Health Record, and other web-based portals required.
- Proficiency with Epic registration, scheduling and billing required.
- Medical Terminology certification is preferred.
- Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired
Compensation: Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience.
