Flexible schedule! Experienced floor maintnenance technician needed

Rocky Mountain Maintenance Specialists is hiring a Flooring Maintenance Technician to support our facility services team. Perfect for someone seeking part-time work with flexible hours (can work around a primary day job).

What You’ll Do:

• Operate floor cleaning equipment (auto scrubbers, burnishers, extractors, buffers)
• Maintain and clean various flooring types: carpet, LVT, VCT, tile, concrete, and more
• Perform floor care services including scrubbing, buffing, waxing, and extraction
• Ensure high-quality results in customer-facing environments

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience with commercial floor care equipment preferred
• Knowledge of different flooring materials and proper maintenance methods
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and professional demeanor
• Flexible availability (as-needed shifts, up to 30 hrs/week)

• Valid driver's license
• Access to personal devices for work: smartphone - any type
• Able to stand for duration of shift
• Available to work: late at night
• Available to work: weekends
• Available to work: on call
• Willing to travel locally
