Operator 1, Machine

Our client in Columbus, NE, is looking for Production Operators. The ideal candidate will have strong verbal communication skills, the ability to work effectively as a team player, and basic problem-solving skills that align well with the organization's goals. 

Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: Columbus, NE 

Pay Range: $20.00 per hour + $2.70 shift differential = $22.70 per hour 

What’s the Job?

• Achieving established production goals 

• Ensuring the quality of all products produced 

• Performing quality checks as designated 

• Processing SAP and MES transactions for the department 

• Assisting in the BDA process to identify root causes 

What’s Needed?

• High School Diploma or GED, or 2 years of industrial/manufacturing experience 

• Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English 

• Problem-solving and decision-making skills 

• Oral and written communication skills 

• Regular, punctual attendance
