Field Representative

Position Overview:
As an outside appointment setter, you will be our ambassador in the field , actively engaging with homeowners to generate interest in our products. This role provides on-the-ground experience, allowing you to build valuable skills while contributing to the growth of the company. You will play a crucial part in initiating conversations, generating leads, and setting the stage for our experienced sales team.  Quick advancement available for the right canvassers with commensurate pay. 

Responsibilities:
*  You will be knocking on doors in designated neighborhoods to introduce homeowners to  benefits of our energy-efficient products. 
* Engage in conversations to assess potential interest, address initial questions, and generate leads.

Comfortable working with a team, independently, and outdoors.
Friendly and engaging communication skills.
Punctuality
Leadership abilities 
Proven canvassing experience a plus, but not a must
Must enjoy talking to people 
Liking physical fitness a plus
