Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Press Brake Operator to join our manufacturing team. The Press Brake Operator is responsible for setting up and operating press brake machines to bend, form, and shape metal sheets and components according to specifications. This role plays a key part in ensuring product quality, meeting production goals, and maintaining a safe work environment. We are currently hiring for both 1st and 2nd shift.

Pay Range: $18-$19 an hour

Shift Times: 6 AM - 2 PM OR 2 PM - 10 PM

Job Responsibilities:

  • Select proper tools, dies, and machine settings for each job.

  • Interpret and follow technical drawings, work instructions, and production schedules.

  • Perform quality checks using measuring tools such as calipers, gauges, and protractors to ensure accuracy and conformity to specifications.

  • Adjust machine settings to optimize performance or correct operational issues.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

  • Good physical condition, with the ability to stand for long periods and lift materials 50 lbs or more
