Trial Attorney - Personal Injury

Located in Charlotte, we have been focused in the Personal Injury & Workers Comp practice for the last 25+ years. With a buzzing culture and strong partnership group, we are looking to continue to grow and expand our reach. We are hiring a Personal Injury Trial Attorney in Charlotte so if you have Trial and strong Litigation experience, please read on!

What you will do:

  • Handling complicated plaintiff personal injury litigation cases
  • Initial Intake
  • Pre-Suit Client Relationship Management
  • Negotiating with Insurance Companies and Lien Holders
  • Drafting Initial Pleadings, Conducting Depositions, Preparing and Responding to Written Discovery
  • Take cases to Trial

What you need:

  • 5+ years of Personal Injury Experience
  • 3+ years of Trial Experience
  • BAR, Juris Doctor
