Position Overview
The Director of Business Development will lead the company's growth initiatives by identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and enhancing client relations. This role is essential in driving revenue and expanding the company's market presence, particularly within the construction and renovation sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
• Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in the construction and multifamily sectors.
• Lead marketing and sales strategies to promote the companys services in waterproofing, reconstruction, and envelope solutions.
• Manage the preconstruction process to ensure client needs are met and projects are executed efficiently.
• Foster strong client relations to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
• Analyze market trends to identify potential areas for expansion and development.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align business development efforts with overall company goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business development, with a focus on construction and renovations.
• Proven track record of successfully driving business growth and managing client relations.
• Strong knowledge of the construction industry, including waterproofing, reconstruction, and multifamily projects.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic business plans.
