Position Overview
We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Tax Senior to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in managing tax compliance and advisory services for our clients. This position requires a thorough understanding of tax regulations and policies to ensure the organization's compliance and optimize its tax position.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review federal and state tax returns for individuals and corporations.
• Conduct tax research and analysis to support tax planning strategies.
• Provide guidance on IRS regulations and compliance matters.
• Assist in the development and implementation of tax planning strategies.
• Coordinate and manage tax audits, liaising with IRS and state authorities.
• Review and analyze financial statements to ensure accurate tax reporting.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support financial reporting processes in accordance with GAAP and other accounting principles.
• Utilize SAP and Excel for financial analysis and reporting tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA certification is preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in tax preparation and compliance.
• Strong knowledge of tax regulations, IRS guidelines, and GAAP.
• Proficient in financial analysis and reporting, with advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with tax software and ERP systems, particularly SAP.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
