Associate Attorney

We are looking for an Attorney with strong Probate & Trust Litigation experience.  Potential for Partner track is high.  

Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Associate Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation and will be responsible for supporting our clients in various legal matters, with a particular focus on probate, trust administration, guardianship administration, wills, and estates.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and filing of legal documents related to litigation
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
• Represent clients in court hearings and depositions under supervision
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases
• Communicate with clients to provide updates and gather information
• Participate in case strategy meetings to develop effective legal solutions

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Licensed by the Florida bar
• Litigation experience
• Strong understanding of probate, trust administration, and estate planning
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
