Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Sr. Litigation Paralegal to support our legal team in managing complex personal injury cases. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Litigation Paralegal to support our legal team in managing complex personal injury cases. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and depositions by organizing documents and preparing trial notebooks.
- Manage case files and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all legal documents and correspondence.
- Conduct legal research and gather relevant information to support case strategies.
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests, ensuring compliance with court rules and procedures.
- Coordinate and communicate with clients, witnesses, and experts to schedule meetings and gather necessary information.
- Utilize legal software such as Needles and Neos for case management and documentation.
- Assist in the preparation of case summaries and reports for attorneys and clients.
- Provide bilingual support in Spanish for client communications and documentation as needed.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in paralegal studies or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a litigation paralegal, with a focus on personal injury cases.
- Proficient in legal research tools and case management software, specifically Needles and Neos.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
