Looking For A Dependable House Cleaner For Family Living In New York

We are looking for someone that can generally help us at home, and be a 'mother's helper' with our 8-month-old. There's always something to be done and both my wife and I work (but mostly from home), so we are a bit overwhelmed at the moment. We also have a 13 yr old and 9 yr old but they are only with us half the time, and are mostly self sufficient, but obviously need our attention as well.
