Immediate Nurse Practitioner (NP) contract opportunity at our Corporate Health Center in Winnemucca, NV,
Pay Rate: $85.00/hr
Work Schedule:

- Clinic is open Mon to Fri 8am - 7pm \t
- 40 hours per week \t

- Start Date: ASAP \t
- End Date: Long term contract assignment through 4/03/2026 (possible extension)

- Performs physical examinations and preventive health measures within prescribed guidelines and instructions of Physician. \t
- Orders, interprets, and evaluates diagnostic tests to identify and assess patients' clinical problems and health care needs. \t
- Records physical findings, and formulates plan and prognosis, based on patient's condition. Provides written home-going instructions. \t
- Collaborates with Physician and other health professionals to prepare comprehensive patient care plan as necessary. \t
- Prescribes or recommends medications or other forms of treatment such as physical therapy, inhalation therapy, or related therapeutic procedures. \t
- Refers patients to Physician for consultation or to specialized health resources for treatment. \t
- Maintains medical records using (In some health centers it may be using Electronic Medical Record software).

- Active and unrestricted Nevada NP license \t
- Primary Care and Occupational Health experience needed with patients ages 1 and up. \t
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner in a primary care setting.
