Immediate Nurse Practitioner (NP) contract opportunity for Per Diem coverage at our Corporate Health Center in Groton, CT.
Pay Rate: $85.00/hr
Shifts Needed:

- 8:00am - 4:00pm (Monday OR Friday) \t
- 8:00am - 1:00pm (Saturday) - 2 Saturdays per month

Job Details:

- Provide and manage direct patient care, including physical examinations, evaluations, assessments, diagnoses and treatment \t
- Orders, interprets, and evaluates diagnostic tests to identify and assess patients' clinical problems and health care needs. \t
- Records physical findings, and formulates plan and prognosis, based on patient's condition. \t
- Collaborates with Physician and other health professionals to prepare comprehensive patient care plan as necessary. \t
- Prescribes or recommends medications or other forms of treatment such as physical therapy, inhalation therapy, or related therapeutic procedures. \t
- Maintains medical records
Qualifications:

- Completion of a Nurse Practitioner Program \t
- AANP or NCCPA Certification \t
- Prior clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner in a primary care setting and occupational health
