Associate Attorney - Commercial Litigation

Requirements

• 3+ years of civil litigation experience, including commercial, professional liability, products liability, insurance defense/coverage, class actions, torts, breach of contract, breach of warranty, and/or personal injury. Labor & employment experience is a plus.
• Candidates should demonstrate outstanding writing, research, and analytical skills, as well as strong academic credentials.
• The ideal candidate will also be highly motivated to be part of a busy national practice, demonstrate initiative, assume responsibility for matters, and possess the interpersonal and communication skills to work well as part of a large, collaborative team.
• Candidates must be licensed to practice law and in good standing in IL.

Salary Range: $115,000 to $190,000
