What You'll Do

• Handle complex commercial litigation, arbitration, and mediation matters.
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Manage discovery processes and litigation strategy.
• Conduct in-depth legal research and produce professional, polished documents.
• Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiate settlements.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues while maintaining independent responsibility for assigned cases.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3–4 years of commercial litigation, preferably with real estate-related cases.
• Knowledge: Solid understanding of New York civil procedure.
• Skills: Strong research, writing, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Practice Exposure: Prior experience in motion practice, discovery, arbitration, or mediation.
