A highly regarded Manhattan law firm is seeking a Transactional Associate with 4+ years of experience in leasing and other real estate transactional matters. The firm handles high-profile, complex transactions for sophisticated clients in both the New York and national markets.

What You’ll Do:
- Draft and negotiate commercial leases and related real estate agreements.
- Handle a wide variety of real estate transactions for corporate and institutional clients.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex matters.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior associates.
- Manage client relationships and contribute to new business opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 4 years of transactional real estate experience (leasing strongly preferred).
- Education: Strong academic background.
- Licensure: Admission to the New York State Bar required.
- Skills: Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication abilities.
