Title: Senior Transactional Associate

Salary: $200,000 - $225,000 (final offer depends on experience and other factors permitted by law)

A highly regarded Manhattan law firm is seeking a Transactional Associate with 4+ years of experience in leasing and other real estate transactional matters. The firm handles high-profile, complex transactions for sophisticated clients in both the New York and national markets.

What You’ll Do:

• Draft and negotiate commercial leases and related real estate agreements.
• Handle a wide variety of real estate transactions for corporate and institutional clients.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex matters.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior associates.
• Manage client relationships and contribute to new business opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 4 years of transactional real estate experience (leasing strongly preferred).
• Education: Strong academic background.
• Licensure: Admission to the New York State Bar required.
• Skills: Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication abilities.
