Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to Italian-speaking clients in the telecommunications industry.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to products, services, and troubleshooting.

- Communicate effectively through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system.

Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the telecommunications sector.
