As a Helpdesk Support Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our Portuguese-speaking clients, assisting them with their technical inquiries and ensuring they receive top-notch support. Your friendly and proactive approach will be crucial in ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional helpdesk support to Portuguese-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Identify and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently to meet client needs.
• Educate customers about product features to maximize their use and satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions carefully for future reference and service improvement.
• Collaborate with team members to address customer concerns effectively.

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese (both written and spoken) is required.
