Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to products, orders, and returns in a timely manner.
- Resolve issues and complaints effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve service quality and customer experience.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the product range and company policies to provide accurate information.
- Log customer interactions accurately in the customer management system for tracking and analysis.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products during customer interactions.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian (spoken and written) is essential.
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the retail industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers.
- Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and ease.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
