Process Technician - Now Hiring

Our client, a leader in manufacturing and quality assurance within the roofing industry, is seeking a Process Technician to join their team. As a Process Technician, you will be part of the production support team supporting manufacturing operations and quality control initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proactive attitude, excellent troubleshooting skills, and a strong safety focus, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Process Technician

Location: Granville, OH

Pay Range: $25.35

Shift: 7:00 am - 3:00 pm, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

• Operate the shingle prototype line and develop process equipment to support manufacturing improvements
• Conduct product tests and evaluate prototypes to enhance quality and productivity
• Identify and troubleshoot equipment or process issues efficiently to minimize downtime
• Collaborate with engineers and scientists to ensure project success and safety compliance
• Maintain thorough documentation of testing results and equipment maintenance activities

What's Needed?

• Manufacturing and/or quality control experience in a production environment
• Mechanically inclined with experience using hand tools such as sockets, wrenches, and screwdrivers
• Self-sufficient with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with team members and cross-functional partners
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities in technical settings
