Core Responsibilities


1. HubSpot CRM & Sales Hub Management

  • Serve as the primary administrator for HubSpot Sales Hub, ensuring optimal configuration and usability.
  • Manage pipeline ovesight, deal stages, and workflows tailored to the sales process.
  • Maintain and update contact, company, and deal records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Enforce naming conventions and data governance standards across all HubSpot records.

2. Process Enforcement & Optimization

  • Implement and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) for sales activities within HubSpot.
  • Audit adherence to processes regularly and work with team leads to correct deviations.
  • Create documentation and training materials to ensure process alignment across sales and marketing teams.
  • Assist in the rollout of new process improvements or automation within HubSpot.

3. Data Integrity & Reporting

  • Conduct routine data quality checks, including deduplication, field validation, and enrichment.
  • Set up and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and KPIs for stakeholders across sales, marketing, and leadership.
  • Translate data trends into actionable insights and recommend process adjustments as needed.
  • Serve as a gatekeeper for data consistency, helping to enforce required fields and validation logic.

4. Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to ensure alignment between pipeline management and lead generation.
  • Support campaign execution by providing clean, segmented lists and tracking performance outcomes in HubSpot.
  • Work with technical teams to maintain integrations between HubSpot and other platforms (e.g., Teams, common third-party tools, etc.)

5. Training & Support

  • Onboard new team members on HubSpot usage and process requirements.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting to HubSpot users.
  • Maintain internal documentation for workflows, best practices, and data handling policies.
