Now Hiring: Nurse Practitioner (NP) / Physician Assistant (PA) – Interventional Pain Management
Location: Mesa, Arizona (with twice-monthly travel to Peoria)
Schedule: Full-Time | Weekdays Only | No Nights, Weekends, or On-Call
Setting: Outpatient Multidisciplinary Pain Management Clinic
Travel Requirement: Local travel to Peoria two times per month
Compensation & Benefits- Annual Salary: $130,000 – $160,000 (commensurate with experience)

This role features a structured weekday schedule, a high level of autonomy, and exposure to advanced procedures with minimal emphasis on medication-only cases.

- Develop and execute individualized treatment plans for chronic and acute pain
- Independently or collaboratively perform and assist with interventional procedures such as:
- Epidural Steroid Injections
- Medial Branch Blocks and Radiofrequency Ablation (RFA)
- Spinal Cord Stimulator Trials
- Vertebral Augmentation, MILD, and Vertiflex procedures
- Order, review, and act upon imaging and laboratory studies
- Prescribe medications within scope and in compliance with all regulations
- Accurately document all patient encounters in the EMR
- Collaborate with physicians, radiologists, and other care providers to ensure seamless patient care
- Graduate of a U.S.-based, accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program (Puerto Rico programs not eligible)
- Active, unrestricted Arizona license as an NP or PA
- DEA license with Schedule II–IV prescribing authority
- Preferred: 1–2 years of experience in interventional pain management, spine, orthopedics, or a related specialty
- Familiarity with pain procedures and multidisciplinary treatment pathways
- Excellent clinical judgment, communication skills, and patient rapport
