Certified Nursing Assistants provide essential care to patients in various healthcare settings including hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and home health care.

Responsibilities:

- Assisting patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

- Monitoring and recording vital signs

- Providing basic nursing care under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse

- Assisting with mobility and transportation of patients

- Keeping accurate and detailed records of patient care

- Providing emotional support and companionship to patients

- Assisting with medical procedures and treatments as needed

- Maintaining a clean and safe environment for patients

- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure the highest quality of patient care

Qualifications:

- Current license or certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Nebraska

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment

- Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards patients

- Ability to follow instructions and work well as part of a team

- Physical stamina to lift and move patients as needed

- Flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
