• Locals accepted: No (75 mile radius rule)

• Guaranteed Hours: 40
• BLS required
• Siemens scanner experience preferred
• Work setting experience required: Outpatient, inpatient
• Work setting experience preferred: Level I Trauma, Teaching Hospital, Community Hospital, Adult ICU
• Shift: 4x10 Nights 2100-0730 M-Th

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:

• Compliance deadline is 3pm CST on the Monday of the week before initial start date
• Fit testing: Travelers must have facial hair that allows for proper testing or will be expected to shave. No exceptions
• SSN required
• DOB required
• RTO must be on the submittal and cannot be changed once the profile has been sent to the manager for review
• No RTO the first week of an assignment
• No more than 7 days of RTO per 13 week contract
• COVID-19 Vaccine: Not Required
• Flu Vaccine: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only
• No medical marijuana cards accepted
