USPI Fish Pond Surgery Center, is seeking a motivated Director of Nursing to join our team. We have 5 OR rooms and 1 Treatment room. We perform outpatient surgical procedures in General, Gynecology, Ophthalmology, Orthopedic, Otolaryngology, Plastics, Podiatry, Urology. Position requires weekdays only -- no holidays, weekends, or call. Some early mornings and later evenings may be required; schedule subject to change based on surgical schedule and flow of the day.
- Graduate of a professional school of Nursing.
- Requires BSN; MSN preferred
- Preop/Pacu, ICU or Operating room experience
- 2 plus years strong leadership experience required
- Experience in a surgical services in either the acute care or outpatient setting
- RN License in the State
- BLS/ACLS/PALS required
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Medical, dental, vision, and prescription coverage
