Location: Livermore, CA

Schedule: Tuesday - Thursday | 8:00am - 4:30pm

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized File Clerk to manage our physical and digital filing systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, ensuring proper documentation, and supporting the administrative team by providing timely access to information. This role is vital for the smooth operation of our office and requires a high level of attention to detail and confidentiality.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Filing, scanning and organizing documents
  • Assisting office departments with any tasks to complete
  • Organizing mail and dropping off as needed
  • Ensure compliance with company policies regarding document retention and confidentiality
  • Perform regular audits of filing systems to verify accuracy and completeness of records

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in office administration is a plus
  • Proven experience as a file clerk or in a similar administrative role
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accuracy in documentation
  • Proficient in using office software, including word processors and spreadsheet applications
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication skills
