Event Staff - Servers, Bartenders & Support (Private Events)

Job Description:
NY Events NY LLC is seeking experienced servers, bartenders, and event support staff for upcoming private and corporate events. These roles are ideal for polished hospitality professionals who can provide attentive guest service, maintain professionalism under pressure, and contribute to seamless event execution.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Servers / Waitstaff:

• Support event setup (tables, linens, stations)

• Provide professional food & beverage service

• Refill drinks and monitor guest needs

• Clear plates, cups, and maintain a clean environment

• Assist with breakdown and end-of-event cleanup

Bartenders:

• Set up and maintain the bar area

• Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages

• Monitor guest consumption responsibly

• Keep bar area stocked, clean, and organized

• Support end-of-night bar breakdown and cleanup

General Event Support:

• Greet guests and provide direction as needed

• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the event

• Assist team members with flexible duties

• Communicate any guest or service concerns to the event lead

Uniform Requirements:

• Black button-down shirt

• Black slacks

• Closed-toe black shoes

• Neat grooming and professional presentation
