Collections Associate

We are looking for ​a Collections Associate to join our client's team! 

Responsibilities:

• Find and inform customers about unpaid accounts
• Receive and post payment to the customer's account
• Advise and follow up with customers on unpaid accounts
• Keep records of the status of the customer's account

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of previous experience in billing and collections 
• Audit and Payroll Auditing experience preferred 
• BS/BA degree preferred 
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
