Medical Assistant for Med Spa

Summary of Job Duties

• Performing consultations and administering wellness and esthetic services; body contouring, weight loss, sexual wellness treatments (both men and women,) and more.
• Maintaining accurate records of each session in our customer service database, be the point of contact for concerns and questions from your patients and be a resource for them.
• Ensuring all esthetic equipment and treatment areas are cleaned and maintained Selling Aesthetic services to existing clients
• Cross-selling other modalities that may enhance esthetic services
• Maintaining an inventory and ordering supplies when needed
• Educating clients on our different treatments and products, sales and working monthly events for our Med Spa and assisting in other assigned duties to maintain work flow of the spa.
• Assisting with office operations including greeting customers, answering calls, selling services, using our point-of-sale system to check out customers (Vagaro), operating our wellness equipment, light cleaning, laundry, etc.

Job requirements

• You have at lease 2 YEARS of experience in Medical Grade treatments
• Your verbal and written communication skills are on point.
• You value ethics, integrity and work well in a team.
• Reflect a professional image in your dress habits and grooming.
