Maintenance Technician

Join our team as a maintenance technician on 1st shift! We are looking for a skilled technician to handle mechanical troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance in a fast-paced industrial environment. If you have 2+ years of mechanical maintenance experience, apply today!

Location: Rockford, MN

Wage: $25 - $35/hr. 

Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm

Duties of the maintenance technician:

• Perform scheduled maintenance on production and packing equipment
• Provide emergency and unscheduled repairs as needed
• Assist with equipment setup for scheduled production runs
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems on production equipment
• Inspect and test machinery and equipment to detect malfunctions or wear
• Perform preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble machine components as needed
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure equipment is running efficiently
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and document completed repairs
• Assist in installing new machinery and modifying existing equipment for production improvements
• Follow safety procedures and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations

Requirements of the maintenance technician:

• 2+ years of mechanical maintenance experience, including:
• Industrial mechanical troubleshooting and repair
• Basic welding and cutting procedures
• Understanding of hydraulics
• Operation of general machine maintenance tools and equipment
• Proper use of machinist measurement tools
