Plant Operator Supervisor

We are looking to hire an experienced Plant Operator Supervisor, and must have more than 2 years of experience.  Must have experience working in a plant supervising employees, creating and ensuring a safe work environment.

Job Summary

• Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the daily activities of plant staff.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and conduct regular safety inspections.
• Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.
• Implement and oversee quality control procedures.
• Prepare and maintain production and shift reports.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate the performance of plant employees.
• Develop and enforce operational policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize plant operations.
• Address and resolve any production or personnel issues promptly.
• Ensure effective communication within the plant and with external stakeholders
