- Your mentor agent purchases new hot leads for you daily. Diligently engage with your leads, using proven strategies alongside our advanced CRM automation.
- Master coverage details and strategic closing methods to achieve consistent success.
- Commit to perseverance—never give up!
- Sell auto, home, business, and life insurance products to both new and existing Farmers Insurance clients.
- Work collaboratively with your team to refine sales strategies and elevate customer service delivery.
- Keep yourself updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and innovative products to better assist clients.
### What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in retail or outside sales is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical abilities and the capacity to listen more than you speak.
- Exceptional negotiation skills that lead to a successful business acquisition.
- Licensed in Life & Health and/or Property & Casualty.
- Bilingual candidates, particularly fluent in Spanish, are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Previous experience in sales telemarketing is a definite advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, emphasizing outstanding customer service.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-focused environment.
