Job Description
Are you ready to join a growing company and keep a good portion of what you win? Our mission is to create a fresh and innovative solution to bath remodeling. We are looking for experienced team players who have mastered their in-home selling skills to service potential customers. You will receive warm leads from our office and then meet with people in their homes to listen to their needs, diagnose the situation, and quote remodeling services. Commissions on sales are up to 8% of the total revenue sold we and can turn projects around much faster than other contractors making this an easier sell in the industry.
We provide factory training for all those who join our team. In-home selling experience with the ability to problem solve with customers is a must. A construction or remodeling background is a plus but not a requirement.
Responsibilities:
Meet with all leads on time
Share a sales presentation using the latest technology
Design solutions with the customer and quote the project accurately
Complete sales agreements and sales documentation in the customer's home
Follow up on quotes and projects in a professional manner
Factory product training completion
Qualifications:
Prior in-home selling experience
The ability to travel reliably to visit leads with a reliable vehicle
Professional, kind, and courteous demeanor
Ability to close at a 25% rate of leads given
Team player who works well with the team and supports the company's directions and focus
