Direct Hire Opportunity: Maintenance Technician – 1st Shift
Location: Green Bay, WI
Shift: 1st Shift (Mon-Thurs: 8:00am–4:30pm, Friday: 6:00am–2:30pm)

What You’ll Do:
Perform routine and preventive maintenance to keep production equipment operating at peak performance.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues to minimize downtime.
Repair or replace defective parts using high-quality tools and equipment.
Collaborate with your team to support smooth and efficient operations.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and inventory.
Learn and apply the latest industry technology and best practices.

What We’re Looking For:
3–4 years of industrial maintenance experience.
Associate degree in maintenance, engineering, or a related field preferred.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and handle physically demanding tasks.
Experience with metal fabrication is a plus.
Self-starter mindset with strong teamwork and problem-solving skills.
