As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality
patient care and supporting our concierge-style medical practice with various clinical and administrative tasks. Your commitment to patient-centered care and attention to detail will ensure a smooth experience for patients and staff alike.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform clinical tasks such as taking vital signs, administering vaccines, phlebotomy, and preparing specimens for pick-up.
  • Assist healthcare provider during patient examinations and procedures, ensuring a comfortable and efficient environment.
  • Triage patient phone and messaging inquiries, Competently and accurately communicate patient needs with physician via EHR and in-person.
  • Manage patient records by accurately inputting information into electronic health records (EHR) and maintaining confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Schedule patient appointments and coordinate follow-up care, ensuring optimal patient flow within the practice.

  • Maintain accuracy in patient records and ensure compliance with medical protocols.
  • Warmly and effectively interact with patients and medical staff, fostering a welcoming and informative atmosphere.
  • Work cohesively with healthcare team to deliver comprehensive patient care.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent and completion of an accredited LPN program
  • At least two years hands-on clinical experience.
  • Strong grasp of medical terminology and proficiency in EHR systems.
  • OSHA and HIPAA compliance knowledge.
