Barista (Temp)

Job Title: Temporary Barista
Duration: September 22 – October 27
Pay Rate: $19–$20/hour
Schedule: 40 hours/week, M-F 6:00am - 2:30pm

Position Overview

Insight Global is seeking a reliable and punctual Temporary Barista for a client based out of Cranberry PA. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and values consistency and great attendance.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain the Starbucks-style barista station
• Operate the Boba computer machine for specialty drink preparation
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the beverage area
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service to building staff and guests
• Follow safety and hygiene protocols at all times
• Participate in training sessions prior to the start of service

Requirements

• Proven punctuality and excellent attendance record
• Ability to work full-time hours consistently during the assignment period
• Previous barista or food service experience preferred but not required
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions during training
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
