Schools - Speech Language Pathologist

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

An opportunity is available for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with credentials including CCC, CFY, or School certification to serve a K-12 school community in Sweeny, TX. This full-time, onsite contract role spans the entire school year, offering a chance to make a meaningful impact on student communication development.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive speech and language evaluations and individualized therapy for K-12 students
• Collaborate with educators and staff to support student communication goals within the educational setting
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on student needs and best practices
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of therapy sessions and progress
• Participate in team meetings, professional development, and parent communication as required

Qualifications:

• Valid SLP certification with one or more of the following: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), or School SLP credential
• Experience working with a diverse student population including a range of communication disorders
• Ability to work effectively in a school environment with collaboration and flexibility
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

Location:

• This position is located onsite in Sweeny, Texas, serving K-12 students.

Position Details:

• Full-time contract role
• 40 hours per week
• Duration: full school year (NSY)
