Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position offers a rewarding opportunity to support K-12 students during the 2025-2026 school year. Situated in Laurel, MT, this contract role operates on a typical Monday through Friday schedule, with 40 hours per week dedicated to providing speech and language services.

Key Qualifications:

  • Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Experience managing K-12 caseloads
  • Proven ability to write and manage Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Leadership skills to oversee and collaborate with Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs)

Location:
Laurel, Montana serving a K-12 school community

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech-language therapy services to students from kindergarten through 12th grade
  • Develop, implement, and oversee IEPs tailored to individual student needs
  • Supervise and support two SLPAs to enhance service delivery
  • Collaborate with educators and families to ensure comprehensive student progress
