Inspection/Topper

Job Title: Inspection
Pay: $12 – $13/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Overtime may be required during peak seasons
Breaks: 30-minute unpaid lunch, plus two paid 15-minute breaks

Position Summary:
We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented, and humble team player to join our production team. This hands-on position is responsible for cutting and preparing materials for garment production using handheld electronic shears and manual scissors.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Matching products to the correct orders.

- Reading the order details and making sure each item matches exactly what's specified

- Accurately receive, sort, and process multiple items per work order

- Carefully verify item details such as size, color, and other specifications

Qualifications & Skills:

- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity

- Experience with fabrics, sewing, etc. is a HUGE PLUS
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently without sacrificing accuracy
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and assist in other departments as needed
- Flexible and open to cross-training in various roles
