Position Details:
• Full Time; Hospital employed position

• Seeking a patient-centered and empathetic Physician to join a Pediatric & Internal Medicine team
• This individual will provide and manage direct patient care, perform physical examinations and tests, obtain medical history and documentation, and instruct patients regarding diagnosis, medications, and treatment.
• Team: 4 physicians, 2 NP's, and support staff (LPN's, OA's, MA's, lab staff)
• Schedule: Office Hours: 7am - 4pm
• Call Schedule: 2 day/week, 1 weekend/month peds
Education/Experience:
• Board Eligible or Board Certified Required: Pediatrics/Internal Medicine OR Family Medicine
• Experience Requirements: Open to newly trained fellows and practicing physicians
• Licensure: Indiana Medical License
• Certifications: Must maintain BLS/ACLS
