• Replacing a full-time Cardiologist in an established practice
• Call rotation: 1:4
• Single-hospital coverage
• Well-established primary care base in Beloit and surrounding communities
• Clinic, cath lab, ICU, and Hybrid OR located adjacent to one another
• Excellent referral resources to CT Surgery
• Dedicated medical group and hospital leadership support for program success
• Board Certification required within 5 years of graduating residency or fellowship
