About the Role

We’re seeking a skilled Estimator to join a growing construction team in Mobile, AL. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to make an immediate impact. You’ll play a key part in delivering accurate cost estimates for diverse Gulf Coast projects, working closely with project managers and leadership.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for commercial construction projects

• Collaborate with project managers, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure accuracy

• Review blueprints, specifications, and proposals to prepare bids

• Analyze labor, materials, and time requirements

• Provide input to leadership on cost-saving measures and project strategies

Qualifications
