Role & Responsibility

Tasks That Will Lead To Your Success

Represent clients in personal injury cases, including motor vehicle accidents and premises liability.
Manage all aspects of case development from intake through resolution, including litigation, negotiation, and trial when necessary.
Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, discovery demands, and settlement agreements.
Provide compassionate, clear, and consistent communication with clients throughout their cases.
Collaborate with legal staff, paralegals, and other attorneys to ensure precision and efficiency in case handling.
Mentor and support junior attorneys and team members, contributing to their professional growth.
Uphold the firm’s values and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing culture.

Skills & Experience

Qualifications That Will Help You Thrive

Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school and admission to the New York State Bar.
3+ years of experience in plaintiff’s personal injury or personal injury insurance defense (motor vehicle accident and premises liability preferred).
Strong organizational and technological skills, with effective interpersonal and communication abilities.
Compassionate, self-directed, team-oriented, and able to remain composed under pressure.
