Position Title: Construction Foreman


The Construction Foreman is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the work of the construction crew on various projects. This role involves managing daily operations on the construction site, ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. The Foreman acts as a liaison between the workers and the management team, ensuring effective communication and efficient workflow.

Duties and Responsibilities:


Supervise and coordinate activities of construction workers.

Assign tasks to laborers, craftsmen, and other construction workers.

Inspect work for quality and adherence to standards.

Identify and rectify any issues or defects.

Maintain a high standard of workmanship.

Develop and manage project schedules.

Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

Ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.

Prepare and submit reports on progress, job status, and any issues.

Manage and optimize the use of labor, materials, and equipment.

Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.

Ensure tools and machinery are properly maintained and used.

Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on site.

Implement solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.

Adapt to changes in project scope or schedule.
