Barista Cats in Fairbanks, AK is looking to hire an experienced Barista to join our 10 person strong team. We are located at 1780 Peger Rd. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, and reliable. Must be available at least Tuesday, Thursdays, and Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare hot and cold drinks and food in accordance with customer needs and company policy
• Maintain a clean and tidy work area
• Follow health and safety guidelines
• Interact with customers regularly and professionally
• Re-stock inventory

Qualifications

• Proven working experience as a barista
• High integrity with a great attendance record
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to listen and communicate effectively
