About the Role: As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face and voice of our company, providing outstanding customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our residential clients. You will play a critical role in managing customer inquiries, scheduling service appointments, and providing support to our technicians and service teams. Your excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and dedication to customer satisfaction will contribute to our continued success and growth.

What You’ll Do:

• Answer inbound calls and schedule service appointments

• Help customers understand their options and next steps

• Check shared email inboxes, respond quickly, and create/convert jobs

• Follow up with customers to book maintenance, explain memberships, and boost satisfaction

• Support technicians by keeping the dispatch board clean and accurate

• Maintain a customer database and process payments as needed

What We're Looking For:

• Previous customer service experience (HVAC, plumbing, or home services is a plus)

• Clear, confident communication — written and spoken

• Calm under pressure and quick on your feet

• Strong attention to detail with solid computer skills

• A positive attitude and genuine care for helping people
