About the Role

We’re seeking a Commercial Glass Installation Foreman to lead a skilled team on a variety of projects in Ashland, VA. This is a hands-on leadership position — ideal for seasoned glaziers ready to step up and take charge of installations while managing crew performance.

What You’ll Do

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of commercial glass installation crews

• Lead by example with hands-on installation of storefronts, curtain walls, and glazing systems

• Ensure all work meets safety, quality, and project timeline standards

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications

• Train, mentor, and support crew members to build skills and efficiency

• Communicate progress and challenges with project managers and leadership

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a glazier/installer with a track record in commercial glass systems

• Prior leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred

• Ability to read blueprints and manage installation crews

• Strong problem-solving skills and commitment to safety standards

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
