Primary Responsibilities:
Process visitors
Enter visitors into resident profiles
Respond to e-mails and phone calls
Complete incident reports as needed

Qualifications:
Excellent customer service skills
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and basic computer skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Fluent in Spanish

Available Shifts:
Full-Time 5:45 a.m. - 1:45 p.m. and 7:45 a.m. - 3:45 p.m.

Dress Code:
Uniforms will be provided. We use a dry-cleaning service paid for by Wyndemere.
