We’re excited to partner with one of Dane County’s leading healthcare providers in their search for a Contracts Manager to join their team on a 3-month, full-time contract. This role is 100% remote, offering flexibility while contributing to meaningful work in the healthcare space.

You’ll collaborate with leadership, clinical teams, and supply chain professionals to deliver measurable cost savings, strengthen vendor partnerships, and ensure organizational compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end sourcing and contracting initiatives for major spend categories.
- Build strong relationships with leadership, clinical teams, and suppliers to identify opportunities.
- Lead strategic sourcing projects and cross-functional teams to drive cost savings.
- Negotiate contracts, monitor compliance, and track supplier performance.
- Guide departments through RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs, providing award recommendations.
- Maintain accurate contract documentation and ERP pricing data.
- Support process improvements and promote best practices in procurement.
- Ensure ethical and compliant supplier relationships.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in business or supply chain management is required
- Proven experience in contracts management, procurement, or strategic sourcing.
- Experience in a health care setting is highly preferred
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of vendor management success.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into business decisions.
- Clear, confident communicator who builds strong partnerships.
- Familiarity with procurement standards and regulations a plus.
